The Oroko’s are also found around the North of Mount Cameroon with river Mungo on the right and the Atlantic ocean on the left. They extend further north to Mamfe, Bakassi and the Korup national park that shares it boundaries with Nigeria and Manyu Division.

The geographical feature of the Oroko is made up of highlands of Bafaka Balue, stretching right up to Rumpi hills in Dikome Balue and Itoki Bakundu. The Oroko’s have 5 main rivers that take their rise from the highlands, these are River Mungo, River Meme, River Ndian, River Moko and River Munaya. These rivers play a very important part important role in the furtherance of the economies of their respective areas. They are used as important fishing out lets.
